A quick early summer cabbage that resists bolting and holds well. Summer/autumn cutting (20-26 weeks from sowing). Sow in ¾" deep drills (shallow grooves) 15cm (6") apart on prepared seed beds outdoors. Plant out June-July, 45cm (18") apart each way. Plant Herb Garlic Chives amongst your cabbages, this has been shown to deter Cabbage Root Fly. HEALTH BENEFITS: Antioxidant. Good source of vitamin C. COOKING HINTS: Try to use all healthy outer leaves as these darker green leaves contain most nutrients.
