Sowing Sow thinly outside in a seed bed 1.5cm (¾”) deep in rows 15cm (6”) apart. Planting Thin seedlings as they appear to 5cm (2”) apart. When the seedlings are 15cm (6”) apart, transplant to the growing site spaced at 45cm (17”) apart. Firm in well and keep watered in drought. Other Instructions To store in winter pull the whole plant and suspend by the stalk in a cool airy place and they will last for several weeks. Cooking Instructions Good for eating raw in salads or coleslaw.
