A crisp-textured watercress with a delicious pungent flavour. Grows in wet soil. High in vitamin C. Sow outdoors from April to October, at fortnightly intervals. Harvest when approximately 8-10cm (3-4") high, by clipping with scissors; the plants will re-grow and can be trimmed several times. COOKING HINTS: Ideal for salads and stir-fries.
