A UK made & patented cut out & heat resistant mat that's especially designed for use when soldering copper pipes plumbing pipe. It reduces the risk of fire & protects walls, cables, carpets and other flammable materials, and, unlike conventional soldering mats, the 'O-MAT' actually wraps around the pipe to offer complete protection to the surrounding surfaces. Constructed from woven glass fabric, it doen't present any of the hazards associated with asbestos materials.
